Dear SFUMUN Club Members,

This is just a reminder that we will be holding a meeting tonight on the Burnaby campus. Details are below:

Time: 6:30PM

Location: SFU Burnaby, WMC 2501

We will be going over any feedback from the 2011 conference and discussing the upcoming secretariat positions and responsibilities for the 2012 conference. If you are interested in serving on the 2012 conference but are unable to attend tonight's meeting, Aaron and I would be happy to meet with you individually, just let us know when you are free.

The intent is for a brief but fruitful meeting on the following topics:

AGENDA

I. SFUMUN 2011 Feedback
The assessment process is an opportunity to comment on any aspect of SFUMUN 2011 including activities prior to the conference as well as at the conference itself. Your ideas/opinions/comments on any aspect of SFUMUN 2011 are greatly appreciated.
Some Questions to Consider:
What would I like to change for SFUMUN 2012?
Were you able to attend club meetings?

II. SFUMUN 2012 Secretariat Interest
We are interested in getting an idea of who wants to be involved in organizing SFUMUN 2012, specifically how each person wants to be involved.
Some Questions to Consider:
What new Secretariat positions should be created?
Should the duties of the existing Secretariat be revised?
